精華武術會 概要
精華武術會は上海精武體育會の中国伝統武術を中心に程派八卦掌や、日本で人気の八極拳の他、南方武術などが学べ、器械（剣術・刀術・槍術・棍術 等）も練習しています。
現在、兵庫県川西市をメインに活動していて、【伝統武術班】【太極拳班】【対練班】があります。
Seika Martial Arts Association Overview
Seika Martial Arts Association focuses on traditional Chinese martial arts from the Shanghai Jingwu Sports Association. Members can learn Cheng-style Bagua Zhang, Baguazhang—which is popular in Japan—as well as Southern martial arts, and also practice weaponry (sword, broadsword, spear, staff, etc.).
Currently, the club is based primarily in Kawanishi City, Hyogo Prefecture, and offers classes in [Traditional Martial Arts], [Tai Chi], and [Sparring].
伝統武術班 ： 上海精武體育會の中国伝統武術を中心に練習を行っています。
太極拳班 ： 太極拳班は伝統楊式太極拳の練習を行っており、内容は八式はら始まり十三勢・二十八式・八五式と進み、推手や剣・刀なども行います。
対練班 ： 対練班では、対練套路をはじめ套路で学んだ技の使い方や擒拿術等を行っていて、特に女性の護身術にも最適です。
Traditional Martial Arts Class: Training focuses primarily on the traditional Chinese martial arts of the Shanghai Chin Woo Athletic Association.
Tai Chi Class: This class practices traditional Yang-style Tai Chi; the curriculum progresses from the 8-form routine to the 13-posture, 28-form, and 85-form routines, and also includes tui shou (push hands) as well as sword and saber techniques.
Sparring/Partner Practice Class: This class covers partner-based routines (duilian), the practical application of techniques learned in solo forms, and qin na (joint-locking/control techniques); it is particularly well-suited for women’s self-defense.

上海精武體育會南北拳術総教練 王鎮師父 弟子
上海精武體育會で武術を学び、世界大会で優勝経験がある。
日本人で初めて霍元甲の迷踪拳を伝授され、王鎮師父の命により日本で上海精武體育會の武術の普及と練拳に努めている。

Kazuo Fujibuchi
Disciple of Master Wang Zhen, Head Instructor of Northern and Southern Martial Arts at the Shanghai Chin Woo Athletic Association
He studied martial arts at the Shanghai Chin Woo Athletic Association and has won titles at world competitions.
He was the first Japanese person to be taught Huo Yuanjia’s *Mizongquan* (Lost Track Fist) and, under the instruction of Master Wang Zhen, is dedicated to practicing and promoting the martial arts of the Shanghai Chin Woo Athletic Association in Japan.

嵯峨崎珠美 教練
指導歴10年以上の確かな技術と経験で会員の上達を支えるベテラン教練です。太極拳四段の腕前を持ち、制定拳の指導も得意としますが、精武武術を主軸に、徒手拳術から様々な器械も巧みに操ります。時には厳しく、しかし常に会員の成長を願う心のこもった指導で、一人ひとりの可能性を引き出します。武術を心から愛し、精武武術の普及と精華武術會の発展に尽力する頼れる存在です。
Coach Introduction
Tamami Sagazaki
A veteran instructor who supports her students’ progress with solid technique and over a decade of teaching experience. Holding a 4th-dan rank in Taijiquan, she is skilled in teaching standardized forms; however, her expertise centers on Jingwu martial arts, encompassing everything from empty-hand techniques to the skillful handling of various weapons. She draws out the potential in each individual through instruction that—while sometimes strict—is always heartfelt and driven by a genuine desire for her students’ growth. Deeply passionate about martial arts, she is a reliable figure dedicated to the promotion of Jingwu martial arts and the advancement of the Seika Martial Arts Association.
